What's your return policy

For Regular Sales

Refunds are accepted for most products before they are shipped out or if they arrive damaged from transport. We try our very best to package our products with care but accidents happen. Simply message us within 14 days of receipt with a picture of the damaged product and we'll send you a new one or refund you, whichever you prefer. 

Made-to-order items and digital downloads are nonrefundable

I am a small business, these items are rather delicate, and in most cases, they can not be resold

For Wholesale

Faire offers free returns for 60 days on the first order you place with any brand, so you can feel confident trying out new products online. Free returns are only eligible on your first order. This means that any additional orders you place with us won’t be eligible for free returns, even if you are purchasing new products you have not ordered before.

I'm not in the US, can I buy your art?

Yes, you can purchase all items in my shop. Please note, I am not responsible for any customers/ duties/tariffs/ import tax that may apply to shipments for any products purchased internationally.


Do you gift wrap orders?

I do not currently offer gift wrapping. If you leave a message in the checkout box, I will write the message on the thank you card. 


How do you send orders? 

All orders are sent safely and discreetly in a red, pink, or white envelope, bubble mailer, or flat mailer with a plain Etsy shipping label. 


Are your stickers waterproof? 

My stickers are water resistant, not waterproof. These stickers are sealed with laminate and can be placed anywhere but are better suitable for dry stationary items.  They are less suitable for cars and outdoor weather. I will not replace stickers due to water damage. 


When will my order arrive? Do you offer tracking? 

Most products ship out in 1-2 days 

Made-to-order products ship out within 3-5 days

Most products shipped in the United States usually will arrive within 3‐8 business 

Most products shipped outside of the United States usually will arrive within 5-10 business days. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. 

All purchases include a tracking number. Visit your purchases tab in your Etsy account to view your order status and dispatch notice for more information regarding your order. Please consider factors that could affect your delivery date such as placing an order on a weekend (or Friday night), weather, bank holidays, etc. 

Shipping delays are unfortunately out of my control. We ask that you contact the shipping facility directly for an update on your item's arrival. You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address

Do you offer commissions? 

I take on a very limited number of commissions per year. Please contact me to discuss and for current availability and waitlist times.


Can I resell your stickers In resin items, subscription boxes, jewelry, etc

I do not permit the resale of my articles by themselves or in producing other products. They are allowed for personal use or gifting only.
