How fast do you reply to emails?

 Within 30 minutes to 48 hours

How do you send orders? 

All orders are sent safely and discreetly in a red, pink, or white envelope, bubble mailer, flat mailer or brown box with a plain shipping label. There are no other identifying logos or marks on the outside of the package.

Are your stickers waterproof? 

My stickers are water resistant, not waterproof. These stickers are sealed with laminate and can be placed anywhere but are better suitable for dry stationary items.  They are less suitable for cars and outdoor weather. I will not replace stickers due to water damage. 

Do you offer commissions? 

I take on a very limited number of commissions per year. Please contact me to discuss and for current availability and waitlist times.

Do you sell on consignment?

At this time we are not selling any of our products on consignment

Do you offer credit terms?

Faire offers credit terms for 60 days for new accounts.

Do your stickers come ready to hang?

Pre-packaged stickers are available by request only.

I made a mistake on my order, can I change it?

If you realize after you place your order that you made a mistake, error, or typo we’re happy to make that change for you as long as we haven't already started to create your order. Please contact us within 48  hours of placing your order to make changes. If our production time is very short, we might have already made your order before you can correct it, so please double-check that your details are perfect before submitting your order.

Can I cancel my order?

According to Faire, retailers are able to cancel their orders directly from their “Orders” page within the first 24 hours, as long as we have not started processing the order. Most of our products are handmade to order, and we work to get them made as quickly as possible. Once we have started work on your order, we may not be able to cancel it.

Why aren't all your stickers available for wholesale?

My wholesale catalog is curated of the best-selling designs on my Etsy shop but if you see a sticker your customers will fall in love with, shoot me a message and I will add it to the catalog. Clearance items are not eligible for wholesale.

Will you add different items like your enamel pins to your wholesale catalog?

Yes. Other items will be added soon. 

Can I return my order?

Faire offers free returns for 60 days on the first order you place with any brand, so you can feel confident trying out new products online. Free returns are only eligible on your first order. This means that any additional orders you place with us won’t be eligible for free returns, even if you are purchasing new products you have not ordered before.
